The most recent large-scale Box Man project, as well as the most expensive, the Box Suit v.3 (aka the Ultimate Box Suit) is intended to solidify the legacy of Box Man, as well as provide an official starting point of Box Man Industries, by serving as the culmination of everything The Box Man Project has been thus far.

The project will be worked on by many people throughout its development, of which the majority is planned to be finished in the summer of 2024. It will utilize everything from Bottle Rocket Launchers and experimental shields to entirely new concepts never seen before. The helmet of the ultimate Box Man Suit was of a difficult design. After weeks of researching different possibilities to maximize practicality while minimizing bulkiness and cost, it was eventually decided that rubber tubing would be used to induce flexibility on the vertices, being fastened by small nuts and bolts. Sturdy but thin wood panels were used for the faces of the helmet, which were cut using CNC technology, and a small flashlight was fastened to the upper edge of the front, utilizing 3D-printed pieces to keep it in place.
